本研究通过对上海市部分学校11岁和15岁学生的体质测试,了解11岁和15岁学生的体质健康状况;通过学生、家长和校长问卷调查,从学校、家庭和社区等不同层面、不同维度进行分析,寻找影响中小学生体质健康与发展的学校、家庭和社会因素,为改善中小学生体质健康、提高运动素养提供政策咨询建议。
In this study, the constitutional health status of 11-year-old and 15-year-old students was studied through physical examination of 11-year-olds and 15-year-olds in some schools in Shanghai. According to the questionnaire survey conducted by students, parents and principals, different levels of school, family and community Dimension, to find the school, family and social factors that affect the health and development of primary and secondary school students, and to provide policy advice to improve primary and middle school students’ physical health and improve their sports literacy.
