载货汽车弹簧钢板的热处理工艺采用整体感应加热表面淬火;在感应加热的基础上,强烈的喷水冷却。并且专门制订了控制淬透性钢。新工艺可获得高强度的淬火层(σ_b=2500MPa),强化心部(σ_b≌1200MPa)和降低表面层的残余应力,保证了弹簧具有高的使用性能,并可使弹簧质量减轻15%~25%,使弹簧钢板热处理过程自动化,改善工人劳动条件,并靠取消采用淬火油改善热处理车间的生态气氛,以及取消喷丸强化工序。 The heat treatment process of truck spring steel plate adopts integral induction heating surface quenching; on the basis of induction heating, strong water jet cooling.
