目的探讨内镜下注射联合微波治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效。方法所有病例随机分成两组,注射组(50例)和联合治疗组(48例),注射组:内镜下病灶注射肾上腺素液;联合治疗组:先在内镜下病灶注射肾上腺素液,再用微波进行凝固治疗,直至出血完全停止。结果联合治疗组48h内止血率达100%,注射组48h内有8例发生再出血,止血率84%,而再行联合治疗后止血成功。联合治疗组止血明显高于单纯注射组(P<0.01)。结论内镜下注射联合微波治疗消化性溃疡出血疗效好、安全可靠。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic injection combined with microwave treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods All cases were randomly divided into two groups: injection group (50 cases) and combination therapy group (48 cases). Injection group: Endoscopic injection of adrenaline solution; combination therapy group: first, endoscopic injection of adrenaline solution, Microwave coagulation treatment, until the bleeding completely stopped. Results The rate of hemostasis was 100% within 48 hours in the combination therapy group. In the 48 hours after the injection, 8 cases developed rebleeding and bleeding rate was 84%, while the hemostasis was successful after the combination therapy. The combination therapy group was significantly higher than the simple injection group (P <0.01). Conclusion Endoscopic injection combined with microwave treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding is effective, safe and reliable.
