通过研究蛋白质含量不同的植物饵料对刺参生长和免疫能力及成活率的影响,为刺参生长中免疫能力数据的建立及适宜喂养刺参的饵料中蛋白质含量的配比提供依据,试验选取了4种蛋白含量各不相同的植物饵料来对随机分成4组的刺参进行喂养,研究喂养一段时间后的刺参体内的蛋白质含量、各免疫酶的活性及成长情况的影响。结果表明:饵料中蛋白质含量不同,喂养出的刺参的蛋白质含量也明显不同,体内SOD、溶菌酶的活性也有显著差异。4组试验参之间,随着饵料内蛋白质含量的升高,刺参生长发育得也更好,体内的蛋白质含量也逐渐升高,SOD、溶菌酶等免疫酶的活性也逐渐增大。试验表明饵料中蛋白质的含量对刺参的生长和免疫能力等都有显著的影响。
The effects of different dietary protein contents on growth, immunity and survival rate of sea cucumber were studied. The establishment of data on the immune capacity of sea cucumber growth and the ratio of protein content in the diet suitable for feeding sea cucumber were provided. 4 kinds of different protein content of plant food to randomly divided into four groups of sea cucumber were fed to study the protein content of the sea cucumber after feeding a period of time, the activity of various immune enzymes and growth effects. The results showed that the content of protein in the feed was different, and the protein content of the sea cucumber was also significantly different. The SOD and lysozyme activities were also significantly different. With the increase of protein content in food, the growth and development of sea cucumber were also better, the protein content in the body gradually increased, and the activities of SOD, lysozyme and other immune enzymes also gradually increased. Tests showed that dietary protein content of the sea cucumber growth and immunity have a significant impact.
