随着社会的进步以及科学技术的不断发展,人力资源紧缺尤其是高素质人才短缺,对于我国企业改革以及创新造成巨大障碍。人力资源对于企业发展具有十分重要的意义,高效的人力资源管理对于企业提高市场竞争力至关重要,应当加强对人力资源管理的研究,本文主要从企业人力资源的角度对国内企业人力管理现状进行分析。
With the progress of society and the continuous development of science and technology, the shortage of human resources, especially the shortage of high-quality personnel, has caused great obstacles to the reform and innovation of enterprises in our country. Human resources are of great significance to the development of enterprises. Efficient human resources management is very important for enterprises to improve their market competitiveness. Therefore, research on human resources management should be strengthened. This paper mainly studies the current situation of human resources management in domestic enterprises from the perspective of human resources of enterprises analysis.
