以半导体气敏元件的内阻-浓度特性的经验关系为基础,通过选择电压采样电路和元件的参数,导出了一种能覆盖气敏元件可用区域的电压信号-浓度曲线的分段经验式拟合模型和相应的插值算法.这种方法分段少,对不同的元件个体具有普适性,适合于气敏方式的实时检测.文中并对测量中的相关问题进行了讨论.
Based on the empirical relationship of internal resistance and concentration characteristics of semiconductor gas sensor, by choosing the parameters of voltage sampling circuit and components, a piecewise empirical formula of voltage-concentration curve covering the available area of gas sensor is derived The model and the corresponding interpolation algorithm.This method has few sections and is universal for different component individuals and is suitable for the real-time detection of gas-sensing methods.In the paper, the related problems in the measurement are discussed.
