随着“互联网+”时代的兴起,植入式广告受到颇多营利商人的青睐。大范围的使用使得广告业生机盎然。然而,植入式广告的发展也带来了一些法律问题。2015年颁布的广告法对广告问题进行了一系列规制与监管,然而植入式广告因与一般广告存在差异,因此,对植入式广告法律应保有谦抑性与公平性。
With the advent of “Internet + ” era, embedded ads are favored by many for-profit traders. A wide range of uses make the advertising industry full of vitality. However, the development of implantable ads has also brought some legal issues. The advertising law promulgated in 2015 has carried out a series of regulations and regulations on advertising issues.
