临床应用尼莫地平过量引起外周血管扩张表现,多有报道,但用尼莫地平致过敏反应者罕见。笔者在工作中遇到1例,现报告如下: 病历摘要:患者女性,49岁,于2002年3月26日因“原发性高血压三级(极高危组),腔隙性脑梗塞(后遗症期)”住我院。查体:体温37℃,脉搏88次/分,呼吸22次/分,血压150/85mmHg,全身皮肤粘膜未见黄染、皮疹及出血点,双肺呼吸音清,心率88次/分,节律齐,腹部平软,肝、脾肋下未触及,四肢肌力正常,追问既往史,从未使用过 Clinical application of nimodipine induced peripheral vasodilatation, many reports, but with nimodipine allergic reactions rare.
