针对航空压气机低速试验台上采用的压气机树脂叶片在注塑成形过程中精确控型难这一问题,开展了模具型腔优化方法的研究。利用Moldflow软件对压气机树脂叶片的注塑过程进行仿真,得到树脂叶片翘曲变形的位移量,再用引入权值的反变形方法对模具型腔进行优化并仿真验证。结果表明,采用基于权值的反变形方法对模具型腔进行优化,可显著提高压气机树脂叶片的注塑成形精度。
Aiming at the problem of precise control of the compressor blades used in the low-speed test bed of the air compressor in the injection molding process, a research on the optimization of the mold cavity was carried out. Moldflow software is used to simulate the injection process of the compressor resin blade, the displacement of the resin blade is obtained, and then the cavity of the mold is optimized and simulated by using the inverse deformation method. The results show that the use of weight-based inverse deformation of the mold cavity is optimized, can significantly improve the precision of the compressor resin blade injection molding.
