全球经济的持续增长带动了城市化步伐的加快,快速扩张的城市群往往对原本的水生态造成破坏,特别是在干旱少雨的北方,更加剧了城市水资源的匮乏。在这一背景下,海绵城市的概念应运而生。海绵城市不仅能够显著改善城市环境、水质,还能调节城市气候,带来极高的经济效益和社会效益。本文对海绵城市的建设机制进行了分析研究,并以青岛市西海岸新区XX社区为例,以点带面,对海绵城市效益进行了分析,为海绵城市在城市管理系统的推广建设提供借鉴。
The continuous growth of the global economy has led to the acceleration of urbanization. The rapid expansion of urban agglomerations has often caused damage to the original aquatic ecosystem, especially in arid and dry Northern China, exacerbating the lack of urban water resources. In this context, sponge city concept came into being. Sponge city not only can significantly improve the urban environment, water quality, but also regulate the urban climate, bringing great economic and social benefits. This paper analyzes the construction mechanism of sponge city and takes XX community in West Coast New District of Qingdao City as an example to analyze the benefit of sponge city in terms of point and area, which will provide reference for sponge city in the popularization and construction of city management system.
