“退步原来是向前”这篇案例讲述的是班中某学生丢失了十五元钱,在我善意的教育下,组织学生“‘送’这十五元钱回家”的故事。在处理这件事情上我没有采取“武力征讨”、“彻头彻尾”地对学生进行教育的方式,而是采取了设身处地地为学生着想,善意为学生铺设一个“后退”的台阶,即“‘送’这十五元钱回家”的教育方式,却收获“柳暗花明又一村”成功的惊喜。案例告诫我们,要学会用“师爱”去叩击学生的心灵,学会退步、学会宽恕。
