1前言 钢轨焊接后焊缝及热影响区由于受 到焊接高温的影响,造成晶粒粗大,脆性 增大,塑性、韧性下降。为了改善焊接头 的塑性、韧性,提高焊接头综合机械性 能,对接头进行焊后热处理,使焊头性能 符合TB/T1632-91《钢轨焊接接头技术 条件》要求。PD3钢轨焊接接头经过中频 电感应加热正火工艺处理,使焊接接头 晶粒细化,组织均匀,从而提高焊头的塑 性、韧性,达到TB/T1632-91标准,满足 无缝线路的使用要求。
