庞景三教授系河南省名中医,全国优秀中医临床人才,临床上善于运用黄芪赤风汤治疗感冒、慢性鼻炎、顽固性荨麻疹等。庞教授认为上述疾病均属于虚实夹杂之证,病机在于虚实两端,实者多因六淫外邪侵袭,虚者多因机体正气不足,虚实相合而致病,其治疗在于扶正祛邪,黄芪赤风汤是清代王清任创制的名方,该方能益气助阳,调和营卫,活血行滞,祛风通络,是治疗上述疾病良方。文章结合验案3则介绍了庞教授关于黄芪赤风汤的学术思想和运用黄芪赤风汤治疗上述疾病时加减用药的经验。
