在新形势下,人力资源管理已成为影响各个企业绩效水平的重要因素,而在电力企业体制不断深化改革的大背景下,重视人力资源管理,改进管理模式已成为当前提高电力企业竞争力的重要途径。本文首先介绍了当前我国电力企业存在的人力资源管理的问题及挑战,又针对这些问题给出了一些改进建议,可对电力企业管理工作给与一定的技术参考。
Under the new situation, human resource management has become an important factor that affects the performance of all enterprises. In the background of deepening the reform of the power enterprise system, emphasis on human resources management and improvement of management mode have become important to enhance the competitiveness of power enterprises at present way. This paper first introduces the current human resource management problems and challenges existing in China’s power enterprises, and gives some suggestions for improvement on these issues, which can give certain technical reference to the management of power enterprises.
