本文比较了黑木耳、银耳及银耳孢子多糖的延缓衰老作用。实验结果表明黑木耳和银耳多糖能明显延长果蝇平均寿命,分别为对照组的1.26倍和1.28倍。口服黑木耳和银耳多糖40天后,果蝇脂褐质含量有所降低,与对照组相比,分别降低12.17%和23.95%。银耳孢子多糖对果蝇寿命和脂褐质含量均无明显影响。
This paper compares the anti-aging effects of polysaccharides from black fungus, white fungus and white fungus spores. The experimental results show that black fungus and Tremella polysaccharides can significantly prolong the average lifespan of Drosophila, 1.26 and 1.28 times of the control group, respectively. After 40 days of oral administration of black fungus and Tremella polysaccharides, the lipofuscin content of Drosophila was reduced, which was 12.17% and 23.95% lower than that of the control group, respectively. Tremella spore polysaccharide had no significant effect on the lifespan and lipofuscin content of Drosophila.
