职业理想是个体对理想职业的憧憬和追求.艺术职业院校在学校德育方面应加强职业理想教育,促使学生形成敬业精神和职业道德,让学生走上工作岗位后能成为有理想的文艺工作者,为国家的文化大发展大繁荣做出贡献。本文从艺术高职学院现在学校德育的状况出发,提出了从三个方面和四种途径来加强艺术类中职学生的职业理想教育。
Career ideal is the individual’s vision and pursuit of the ideal career.Art vocational colleges should strengthen the professional ideal education in the school moral education, prompting the students to form the professionalism and professional ethics, so that students can become ideal literary and art workers after taking jobs , Contributing to the great development and prosperity of the country’s culture. Based on the current situation of moral education in colleges of art in colleges of higher vocational colleges, this article proposes to enhance the vocational ideal education of vocational students in art classes from three aspects and four ways.
