采用同步辐射小角X光散射研究了聚氧化乙烯(PEO)淬火后逐步升温过程中的片晶有序化。在50℃前,PEO片晶内进行构象调整,其附近区域结晶出现局部有序化;在50℃后,PEO本体内出现了片晶增厚、晶区融合和无定形区的结晶等一系列整体有序化过程。虽然PEO的部分薄片晶熔融消失,但厚的片晶的形成和生长占有优势,PEO的结晶度增加。本研究表明温度对PEO片晶的有序化过程起到了决定性的作用。
The synchrotron radiation small-angle X-ray scattering was used to study the orderliness of platelets during the gradual warming process of polyethylene oxide (PEO). Before 50 ℃, the conformation of PEO lamellae was conformed, and the local crystallisation appeared in the vicinity of 50 ℃. After 50 ℃, there appeared a series of inclusions in the bulk of PEO, such as lamellar thickening, intergranular fusion and amorphous zone crystallization The overall process of ordering. Although the partial melting of the flakes of PEO vanishes, the formation and growth of thick platelets dominate and the crystallinity of PEO increases. This study shows that temperature plays a decisive role in the ordering of PEO lamellae.
