某新建高速公路跨线桥主线桥和E、H匝道桥跨越已通车高速公路,采用顶推法施工。本文以该实际工程为例,计算顶推施工过程中临时墩的受力,详细分析了各工况下各临时墩的反力,研究了各临时墩的安全性。同时对四氟乙烯滑板、滑道、顶推系统等进行了验算。计算结果表明:该桥施工过程中各临时墩及各辅助构造均满足安全要求。
A new highway overpass bridge and E, H ramp bridge has been opened to the highway, the use of push construction. Taking the actual project as an example, this paper calculates the force of the temporary pier in the process of jacking construction, analyzes the reaction force of each temporary pier under various conditions in detail, and studies the safety of each temporary pier. At the same time on the tetrafluoroethylene skateboarding, slide, push the system were checked. The calculation results show that all the temporary piers and auxiliary structures in the bridge construction meet the safety requirements.
