目的探讨宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级宫颈锥切术后切缘阳性的再处理方式。方法对32例宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级冷刀锥切术后切缘阳性再补充手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果该32例锥切术后切缘阳性,均补充了手术,术后病理中19例无病变,3例病理降级,3例病理升级,7例与再次手术前病理相符。结论应根据患者的实际情况,采取个体化治疗,才能取得良好的预后。 Objective To investigate the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅲ cervical conization after resection positive margin of the way. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with grade Ⅲ cold knife conization were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 32 cases were positive for conization, and all of them were surgically treated. There were 19 cases without pathological changes, 3 cases with pathological degeneration, 3 cases with pathological changes, and 7 cases were consistent with the pathological changes before reoperation. Conclusions should be based on the actual situation of patients, to take individualized treatment in order to achieve a good prognosis.
