多轴箱是组合机床上的一个重要组成部件,主要是用来安装主轴、传动轴及齿轮等。其主要按专用要求进行设计,由通用零件组成,根据被加工零件的要求安排主轴的位置,并将动力和运动由电机或动力部件传给各个主轴。而在多轴箱设计中,齿轮设计是核心,由于多轴箱中的齿轮都是标准化,所以传统的齿轮设计过程显得繁琐。通过采用VB+Access对数据库中的数据进行提取和显示,根据显示的齿轮参数数据通过CATIA的二次开发生成齿轮。
Multi-axis box is a combination of machine tool is an important component, is mainly used to install the spindle, drive shaft and gear. It is mainly designed according to the special requirements. It consists of common parts. The position of the main shaft is arranged according to the requirements of the processed parts, and the power and the movement are transmitted from the motor or the power components to the respective main shafts. In the multi-axis box design, the gear design is the core, as multi-axis gear box are standardized, so the traditional gear design process is cumbersome. Through the use of VB + Access to extract and display the data in the database, according to the displayed gear parameters data generated by the secondary development of CATIA gear.
