42CrMo钢通常为制造要求强度高、塑性和韧性指标也较高的关键部位螺栓的首选材料之一。但当材料内部原始组织存在不均匀情况时,采用常规的调质工艺,在满足高强度的基础上,其塑性和韧性指标往往达不到技术要求。通过采用水-空间淬的调质工艺,成功地解决了实际生产中采用油淬调质不能满足验收条件的难题,同时也为解决生产中类似问题提供借鉴。
42CrMo steel is often the material of choice for the manufacture of bolts that require high strength, high ductility and toughness as a key part of the bolt. However, when the original internal structure of the material is not uniform, the conventional quenching process is adopted, and on the basis of meeting the high strength, the plasticity and toughness indexes often fail to meet the technical requirements. Through the use of water-space quenching and tempering process, successfully solved the actual production of oil quenching and tempering can not meet the acceptance conditions of the problem, but also to solve the production of similar problems provide a reference.
