1作业前准备应认真检查各零件部位联接是否可靠,紧固件是否松动,转动部件是否灵活。要对刀座和刀片进行逐一检查,发现变形损坏或短缺,应及时修复,更换或补充。并要检查调整三角带的张紧度,按要求加注润滑油和润滑脂。同时,挂接妥当后,要空挡运转3～5分钟,确认各部位运转正常后,方可投入作业。
