通过化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜分析,对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢管孔洞形成的原因进行分析。结果表明:管内壁黏结钼顶头脱落层,管生产中存在带状偏析、D类非金属夹杂物,同时存在热应力和形变应力等缺陷,在含氯的介质作用下,钝化膜破坏产生了点蚀,导致余热回收工程管线多处出现孔洞并漏水。
