电信作为社会的生命线工程,应保证在各种极端情况下的正常运转,这就对电信建筑的安全性提出了更高的要求,相对于抗震、防火和防雷等安全设计,电信建筑的抗连续倒塌分析与设计尚未得到足够的重视。综合了国内外建筑抗连续倒塌分析和设计的成果,对比了几种常用的抗连续倒塌设计方法,结合电信建筑设计的特点,提出了电信建筑抗连续倒塌设计建议。
