初步研究了适于锌白铜线坯生产的拉—停—反推—停水平连铸生产工艺， 生产出的Φ１２ 锌白铜线坯， 内外质量及加工性能优良。同时研究了连铸成型的机理及生产中易出现的问题，并提出相应的解决措施。
A preliminary study of the pull - stop - reverse - stop horizontal continuous casting production process for the production of zinc white copper wire blank to produce Φ12 zinc white copper wire blank, excellent quality and processing performance. At the same time, the mechanism of continuous casting and the problems that appear in production are studied, and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
