大型综合性医院患者多、挂号难、看病难、等候时间长是普遍问题,也是各大型医院着力解决的问题。我院新院区在2011年7月开诊以来依托信息化平台,重新设计了患者的就诊流程,经过一年的运行,患者看病“三长一短”的问题从根本上的得到了解决,现就我院就诊管理模式与管理体会汇报
