建立了热泵空调器制冷系统风冷热泵在结霜工况下稳态分布参数模型和结霜过程分布参数模型,编制了适于计算机上运行的matlab模拟程序;模拟了室外换热器结霜引起风机流量下降及结霜过程中与制冷循环参数的相互影响;并以压缩机的台数为调节参数,改变机组输出,根据模拟结果分析了热泵空调器部分负荷时结霜工况下机组的性能,并对比了一种优化方案与常规方案结霜工况的性能,通过对结霜工况下机组满负荷和部分负荷时性能的数值模拟,结果表明该优化方案提高了热泵机组部分负荷运行时的COP值,有很好的节能效果。
The steady-state distribution parameter model and frost process parameter model of the air-cooled heat pump in the refrigeration system of the heat pump air conditioner are established, and the matlab simulation program which is suitable for computer operation is prepared. The frost-causing of the outdoor heat exchanger is simulated The flow rate of the fan is decreased and the parameters of the refrigeration cycle are influenced by the frosting process. The number of compressors is used as the adjustment parameter to change the output of the unit. According to the simulation results, the performance of the unit under the frost condition under partial load of the heat pump air conditioner is analyzed. And compares the performance of one optimized scheme with that of the conventional one. The numerical simulation of the performance of the unit under full load and part load under frost condition shows that the optimized scheme improves the performance of the heat pump unit under partial load operation COP value, there is a good energy-saving effect.
