为解决俯仰举升机构布局方案的优化问题,以始末状态中电动缸最大作用力和近似功率的加权函数最小为优化目标,在满足安装和使用要求的约束条件下,建立了该机构的优化数学模型,并采用MATLAB优化工具箱中fmincon函数求出最优解。以某装置为例进行优化设计,获得其机构布局方案的优化解。与作图法而得初始值相比,优化后电动缸作用力降低了34.7%,功率降低了25.96%。所建立的俯仰举升机构优化方法对同类机构在原理方案的设计上具有参考价值。
In order to solve the optimization problem of pitch lifting mechanism layout scheme, the least weighting function of the maximum force and approximate power of the electric cylinder in the state of the final state is optimized, and under the constraint of meeting the requirements of installation and use, Model, and fmincon function using MATLAB optimization toolbox to find the optimal solution. Taking a certain device as an example, the optimal design is obtained and the optimal solution of its institutional layout is obtained. Compared with the initial value obtained from the mapping method, the optimized electric cylinder force is reduced by 34.7% and the power is reduced by 25.96%. The established optimization method of pitch lifting mechanism has reference value for the design of the principle scheme for similar institutions.
