目的:研究硬膜外腔小剂量吗啡对家兔分钟通气量及血液气体水平影响。方法:健康成年家兔20只,随机分为4组,A组为对照组,B、C、D组为实验组。所有家兔均进行硬膜外腔穿刺,成功后A组硬膜外腔注入生理盐水0.5ml/kg体重。B、C、D组分别注入0.15、0.20、0.25ml/kg体重的吗啡,容量为0.5ml/kg体重。6小时后,用肺量计测量家兔的分钟通气量,并抽取动脉血进行血气分析。结果:各组家兔体重无明显差异;硬膜外腔给药后,各组之间分钟通气量无明显差异。血气分析结果,各组之间无明显差异。结论:硬膜外腔小剂量吗啡对家兔通气量及血气分析无明显影响。
Objective: To study the effects of low dose epidural morphine on minute ventilation and blood gas level in rabbits. Methods: Twenty healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: group A was the control group; group B, C and D were the experimental group. Echocardiography was performed in all rabbits. Group A received saline 0.5 ml / kg body weight after epidural injection. Groups B, C and D were injected with 0.15, 0.20 and 0.25 ml / kg body weight of morphine respectively, with a volume of 0.5 ml / kg body weight. Six hours later, the rabbit’s minute ventilation was measured with a spirometer and arterial blood was drawn for blood gas analysis. Results: The body weight of rabbits in each group had no significant difference. After the epidural administration, there was no significant difference in minute ventilation between groups. Blood gas analysis results, no significant difference between the groups. Conclusion: The small dose of morphine in epidural space has no significant effect on ventilation and blood gas analysis in rabbits.
