燃料的连续稳定供应是循环流化床(CFB)锅炉安全稳定运行的基础,而在CFB锅炉的实际运行中却经常存在着炉前堵煤现象。以茂名石化乙烯动力厂两台额定蒸发量为410t/h的CFB锅炉为例,描述了其炉前煤仓堵煤状况,从煤仓几何尺寸和燃料特性两方面分析了堵煤原因,并实施了一系列的改造,堵煤次数由改造前的25次/天减少为2次/月。煤仓的改造成功为CFB锅炉的设计和运行提供了借鉴。
The continuous and stable supply of fuel is the basis of the safe and stable operation of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers. However, there is often the phenomenon of clogging coal in the actual operation of CFB boilers. Taking the two CFB boilers with the rated capacity of 410t / h as the example, two coal-fired CFB boilers in Maoming Petrochemical ethylene power plant are described, which are used to describe the situation of coal blockage in front of coal bunker. The reasons of coal blockage are analyzed from the aspects of coal bunker geometry and fuel characteristics. A series of renovation, blocking the number of coal from the pre-transformation 25 times / day reduced to 2 times / month. The successful reconstruction of the bunker provided reference for the design and operation of CFB boiler.
