基于苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBC)和几种塑料与SBC共混体的热塑性弹性体因其不同共混比下的加工灵活性及力学性能和弹性性能而受到关注。已深入研究了SEBS/PP共混组成对PP组分熔体流变性能、拉伸屈服行为、冲击强度和结晶的影响及其对拉伸性能的影响;但其中存在一些折衷问题。较高SEBS含量可赋予较高的冲击强度,但降低了拉伸强度。5%~10%SEBS的含量可改善熔体流变性能,但胶料硬度较高。因此,需要研究使性能均衡的新方法,同时解决这种性能折衷问题。
Thermoplastic elastomers based on styrene block copolymer (SBC) and several plastics and SBC blends have drawn attention due to their processing flexibility and their mechanical and elastic properties at different blend ratios. The effects of blends of SEBS / PP blends on the melt rheological properties, tensile yield behavior, impact strength and crystallization of the PP component and their effect on the tensile properties have been studied in depth; however, there are some trade-off issues. Higher SEBS content gives higher impact strength, but lower tensile strength. The content of 5% ~ 10% SEBS can improve the rheological properties of the melt, but the hardness of the rubber is higher. Therefore, there is a need to study new ways to balance performance while addressing this performance tradeoff.
