近几年来,随着我国工程机械市场的快速增长,工程机械的销售量和利润总额大幅度攀升;企业也得到了长足的发展。但是高速增长的销售总量和利润总额在一定程度上掩盖了市场风险,麻痹了参与各方的头脑,整个市场的风险防范意识极为脆弱。2004年,中国工程机械市场突然遭遇低谷,面对销量迅速下降的市场局面,代理商为了继续保持自身较高的市场占有率,开始四处突围,工程机械销售方式开始向多元化方向发展,按揭、分期付款、融资租赁等模式层出不穷,这在相当程度上延续了工程机械代理商的市场理想,但是繁杂的资金回收体系以及脆弱的风险防范意识,还是让销售市场迷雾层层。
