目的探索一种简易的、不依赖专业软件的药代动力学计算方法。方法用Microsoft Excel工作表,通过函数计算,进行非房室模型的药代动力学参数计算,并与Win Nonlin的计算结果进行比较;用R语言对血药浓度-时间数据进行非线性拟合,通过简单的编程进行房室模型的计算,将其计算结果与Matlab和文献结果进行对比。结果基于相同的计算原理,用Microsoft Excel工作表获得的非房室模型的计算结果与Win Nonlin的结果完全一致;R语言对房室模型的计算结果与Matlab的计算结果完全一致,且与文献报道值非常接近。结论用Excel工作表和可以免费下载的R语言,通过简单的编程,就能实现药代动力学参数的非房室和房室模型的计算,且计算结果一致。
Objective To explore a simple pharmacokinetic calculation method that does not rely on specialized software. Methods The pharmacokinetic parameters of the non-compartmental model were calculated by using Microsoft Excel worksheet and the results were compared with the results of Win Nonlin. Nonlinear fitting of plasma concentration-time data by R language was performed, Through a simple programming room model calculation, the calculation results and Matlab and literature results were compared. Results Based on the same calculation principle, the results of non-compartmental model obtained by using Microsoft Excel worksheet are exactly the same as the results of Win Nonlin. The results of R language are exactly the same as those of Matlab, The values are very close. Conclusions The non-compartmental and compartmental model of pharmacokinetic parameters can be calculated by simple programming with Excel worksheet and R language which can be downloaded for free, and the results are consistent.
