为了探究60Co-γ辐射对不同南山茶优树种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响,选取3株南山茶优树种子分别进行0(对照)、10、20、30 Gy60Co-γ辐射处理。结果表明:增城1号种子经10 Gy辐射,其种子发芽率和幼苗成活率分别为29.00%和5.00%,11月苗高为16.56 cm,均为4个处理中最低值;东莞5号和广宁2号则表现为30 Gy辐射组成活率、苗高、叶片生长指标居4个处理中最低;增城1号20、30 Gy辐射组叶绿素含量均高于对照组,而东莞5号和广宁2号则表现为辐射组叶绿素含量均低于对照组。对增城1号发芽及生长抑制作用最强的辐射剂量为10 Gy,对东莞5号、广宁2号发芽及生长抑制作用最强的为30 Gy,表明3株南山茶优树对60Co-γ辐射的响应不完全一致。
In order to investigate the effects of 60Co-γ radiation on seed germination and seedling growth of different Nanshan tea tree species, three Nanshan tea tree seeds were selected for 0 (control), 10, 20, 30 Gy60Co-γ radiation treatment. The results showed that the seed germination rate and seedling survival rate of Zengcheng No.1 seed were 29.00% and 5.00% respectively after irradiated by 10 Gy, and the seedling height in November was 16.56 cm, which were the lowest among the four treatments. Ning 2 showed the lowest survival rate of the 30 Gy radiation group, the highest of the seedling height and the leaf growth index among the 4 treatments. The chlorophyll content of the 20 and 30 Gy radiation groups of Zengcheng 1 was higher than that of the control group, while Dongguan 5 and Quang Ninh On the 2nd, the chlorophyll content in radiation group was lower than that in control group. The radiation dose of 10 Gy for the strongest germination and growth inhibition of Zengcheng 1 was 30 Gy, which was the strongest for 30 Gy on the germination and growth inhibition of Dongguan 5 and Quang Nin 2. Radiation response is not exactly the same.
