司法制度是整个国家上层建筑体系的重要组成部分,它是统治阶级为保证法律实施而制定的制度,包括司法机关的设置及其任务、司法机关的组织体系、组织与活动原则及工作制度等。目前我国司法制度还需要不断发展和完善,而完善我国司法制度需要社会主义法治理念的指导和支持,即在社会主义法治视角下思考我国司法制度的改革问题。 The judicial system is an important part of the superstructure system of the entire country.
