针对钒钛磁铁精矿烧结强度差、返矿率高而影响产量、增加烧结加工费的实际问题,采取优化配料与工艺参数控制,改进工艺设备,实施环冷机雾化水冷却、松料器通压缩空气新技术,提高了烧结矿强度;同时,优化成品系统运行,对成品矿运输与筛分系统进行技术改造,降低烧结矿转运落差,减轻冲击、摔打、粉化;缩小高炉槽下筛子筛孔间隙,取消部分球团过筛,高炉回收使用返矿中大于5mm粒级的小烧结矿,改进回收系统等。采取这些措施减少了返矿量,降低返矿率2.03%,增加烧结矿产量24.67万t。

Take these measures to reduce the amount of ore returned to reduce the rate of 2.03% ore return, increase 246,600 tons of sinter production.
