针对再生高模量沥青混合料,结合当前沥青路面使用过程中普遍存在的车辙和疲劳开裂等问题,以法国高模量沥青混合料性能评价体系为依托,采用温拌再生技术成型试件,通过试验测试来分析再生高模量沥青混合料劲度模量的影响因素。该试验分析中的配合比设计采用AC-20C的级配中值,外掺剂分别为EC120和硫酸钙晶须(CSW),沥青回收旧料掺量分别为0,40%,50%和60%,采用全试验的方法共开展8组试验。研究结果表明:试验加载频率越高,其劲度模量就越大,并成对数关系变化;针对同一种外掺剂,15℃时的劲度模量和相位角成反比例关系;劲度模量随旧料掺量的不同而变化,当旧料掺量为50%时,劲度模量有最大值;硫酸钙晶须对于提高温拌再生沥青混合料模量的使用效果要比EC120更加显著。
