基于美国专利商标局2008-2009年核准的Utility Patent,采用多重专利指标检视海峡两岸整体创新表现及两岸创新成员的合作互动情况。研究结果显示:台湾地区在美国的专利布局表现优于大陆,但近年来大陆专利拥有量增长速度超过台湾;从专利布局看,两岸产业技术研究领域和研究重点基本一致;两岸企业特别是大企业,在创新系统中发挥着重要的创新主体作用,但两岸专利研发主体创新知识互动程度低,跨国的合作开发也非常有限。在全球化的趋势之下,面对开放式的创新思潮,两岸与国际的创新或知识互动应更加积极。
Based on the Utility Patent approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 2008-2009, the company uses multiple patent indicators to examine the overall innovation performance across the Taiwan Strait and the cooperation and interaction among innovation members across the Taiwan Strait. The results show that: Taiwan’s patent layout in the United States outperformed the mainland, but in recent years mainland patent growth rate surpassed that of Taiwan; from the point of view of the layout of patents, the cross-strait industrial technology research areas and research priorities are basically the same; cross-strait enterprises, especially large enterprises , Plays an important role as an innovation main body in the innovation system. However, there is a low degree of interaction of innovations in patent R & D subjects across the Taiwan Strait and cross-border cooperation and development are also very limited. Under the trend of globalization, in the face of an open trend of innovation, the innovation or knowledge interaction between the two sides of the Strait and the world should be even more positive.
