贵阳市中心某棚户区改造项目中双塔超高层建筑采用钢筋混凝土筒中筒结构体系。基于场地非常复杂地质情况的综合分析,进行了建筑选址和地下室深度的优化,介绍了东西两塔楼的基础选型和溶洞处理。详细分析了结构在50年风荷载和地震作用下的主要设计指标:自振周期、剪力、侧向位移、最大层间位移角及倾覆力矩。结果表明,本项目的设计能够满足既定的抗震性能目标。
Guiyang downtown shantytowns a transformation project in the twin towers of high-rise buildings using reinforced concrete tube in the tube structure system. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the complicated geological conditions of the site, the optimization of site selection and basement depth was carried out. The foundation selection and cave treatment of two towers in East and West were introduced. The main design indexes of the structure under 50 years of wind loads and earthquakes are analyzed in detail: natural period, shear force, lateral displacement, maximum inter-story drift angle and overturning moment. The results show that the design of the project can meet the established goal of seismic performance.
