主要研究了人体营养健康角度的中国果蔬发展问题.以公布的水果和蔬菜数据为研究对象,首先建立基于0-1规划的筛选模型,选取主要水果和蔬菜品种进行研究,然后分别建立了基于BP神经网络以及基于时间序列的预测模型,对主要果蔬的消费量进行了估计及趋势预测.接着,建立模糊综合评价模型对我国居民目前矿物质、维生素、膳食纤维等一样的年摄入水平进行了评价,并建立了单目标优化模型来引导北京、四川以及湖北三个地区的果蔬选择.针对我国居民主要果蔬的年度合理人均消费问题,建立了基于居民购买成本、种植面积、出口量以及耕地面积等条件的多目标优化模型,重新计算我国居民主要的水果和蔬菜产品的按年度合理人均消费量,并给出到2020年我国水果和蔬菜产品生产的调整战略.
This paper mainly studies the problems of Chinese fruit and vegetable development from the viewpoint of human nutrition and health.With the published fruits and vegetables data as the research object, a screening model based on 0-1 programming is established firstly, and the main fruits and vegetables are selected for study. Then, Neural network and time series based forecasting model to estimate the consumption of major fruits and vegetables and forecast the trend.Secondly, the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to our residents at present mineral, vitamins, dietary fiber and the same annual intake Evaluation and set up a single-objective optimization model to guide the selection of fruits and vegetables in Beijing, Sichuan and Hubei.According to the annual average consumption of main fruits and vegetables in our country, we set up the model based on the purchasing cost, planting area, export volume and cultivated area And other conditions of the multi-objective optimization model to recalculate the residents of China’s major fruit and vegetable products a reasonable annual per capita consumption, and given by 2020 China’s fruit and vegetable products production adjustment strategy.
