本文通过分析现代医院市场竞争状况,界定出医院核心竞争力为医院在医疗服务市场竞争中培育与提升的关键力量,是拉开同级医院服务水平与效益距离的根本力量;是医院长期养成的具有个性的文化品牌力量;是不断满足人类对医疗保健需求的动态力量;是推动医院在市场竞争中可持续发展的主导力量。并提出医院应着重培育和提升五大核心竞争力,即管理融合力、专科影响力、团队战斗力、文化凝聚力、营销策划力。
This article analyzes the modern hospital market competition and defines the core competitiveness of the hospital as the key force for the hospital to cultivate and improve in the medical service market competition. It is the fundamental strength to open the distance between the level of service and the benefit of the same level hospital; it is the long-term development of the hospital. The strength of the cultural brand with individuality is the dynamic force that constantly meets the human needs for medical care; it is the leading force that promotes the sustainable development of hospitals in the market competition. He also proposed that hospitals should focus on cultivating and enhancing five core competences, namely management fusion, specialist influence, team combat effectiveness, cultural cohesion, and marketing planning.
