The early seventies biomedical devices have turned to full solidification circuit. Turning to a large number of integrated circuits in 1971, biomedical devices were proposed to be integrated circuits and functional components. This greatly eliminated manual work in assembly work, automated production and increased device reliability, reducing size and power consumption. Modern biomedical devices tend to be integrated, automated and systematic, which is of great significance for the clinical application and basic research of biomedicine.
