青蒿素的衍生物已日益成为重要的一类抗恶性症的药物,这就要求有足够量的青蒿素。兹介绍一种从黄花蒿(Artemisia annua L.)中提取青蒿素的方法,采集开花前的叶子(此时不含青蒿烯),干燥,用己烷提取48h,蒸去溶剂,得残渣(7.8%)。用预先相互饱和的 n—己烷(12ml/g)和20%乙睛水溶液(4ml/g)提取3次。乙睛层用1/10体积预先用乙睛饱和的己烷洗1次,加 NaCl(每100ml 加7g)脱水,真空除去乙睛,得棕黄色油状物。除去析出的蒿酸。残渣用硅胶60(170~270日)进行柱层分析
Derivatives of artemisinin have increasingly become an important class of anti-malignant drugs, which requires a sufficient amount of artemisinin. A method for extracting artemisinin from Artemisia annua L. was introduced. The leaves before flowering were collected (in this case, artemisia was not contained), dried and extracted with hexane for 48 hours. The solvent was evaporated to give a residue. (7.8%). Extract three times with pre-saturated n-hexane (12 ml/g) and 20% aqueous acetonitrile (4 ml/g). The acetonitrile layer was washed once with 1/10 volume of acetonitrile saturated hexane, dehydrated with NaCl (7 g per 100 ml), and the acetonitrile removed in vacuo to give a brown oil.
