阐述了由基于工艺过程要素模型的潜在工艺失效模式的识别方法和基于模糊区间数的广义Hausdorff距离的失效模式风险评估方法所构成小批量定制生产模式的PFMEA技术。将该技术与管理信息系统相结合,形成小批量定制生产的计算机辅助PFMEA技术。根据应用企业的飞机装配过程和工艺管理实际,以Oracle为底层数据库,采用B/S模式开发了PFMEA技术管理信息系统,实现了PFMEA技术应用的信息化。系统的应用既保证了PFMEA技术应用的规范性,也提升了工艺设计缺陷预防和控制的有效性和效率。
The PFMEA technology based on the identification of potential process failure modes based on process element models and the failure mode risk assessment method based on fuzzy interval numbers for generalized Hausdorff distances are described. The technology and management information systems combined to form a small batch of custom-made computer-aided PFMEA technology.
