连续热镀锌生产过程中,锌液表面会出现大量浮渣,如不及时清除,可能会黏附在热镀锌板表面,导致表面缺陷。为保证镀锌质量,对除渣应用进行了研究。首先分析热镀锌锅内浮渣分布规律,为除渣设备的设计以及指导除渣作业提供了重要理论依据;然后,介绍除渣设备的主要部分,并以相应的机器人为载体实际应用于现场除渣作业中。生产实践证明,除渣设备能高效除渣,有效降低锌渣缺陷的产生。
