针对南钢矿石成分、炉料结构的不断变化,用计算机语言编制可计算在不同矿石成分和炉料结构下的理论炉渣成分及其它参数的软件。同时,收集了大量南钢正常生产时的炉渣成分数据,建立了高炉炉渣粘度数据库,根据坐标转换的作图原理,用Excel作出CaO-SiO2-Al2O3系工业等粘度图,对照计算炉渣成分,提前预测了高炉炉渣状况,并以此来指导生产实践。
Aiming at the change of ore composition and charge structure of Nanning Iron and Steel Company, the software which can calculate the theoretical slag composition and other parameters under different ore composition and charge structure is compiled by computer language. At the same time, a large amount of slag composition data of normal production of Nansteel were collected, and a database of slag viscosity of blast furnace was established. According to the mapping principle of coordinate conversion, the viscosity diagram of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 series industry was calculated by Excel, Predict the status of blast furnace slag and use it to guide production practices.
