福利是企业保证正常运转为职工提供的基本保障。企业性质的差异,职工福利结构有较大区别。我国国有企业福利制度经过一系列改革,基本满足了现实需要,但是,随着我国经济结构多元化发展,现阶段,国有企业为员工提供的福利在实践中存在诸多弊端,无法有效实现福利的激励作用。如何转变思维模式,建设顺应时代潮流,符合国有企业特点并满足员工多元化需要的福利制度,对于国有企业的可持续发展有着重要的现实意义。
Welfare is the basic guarantee provided by the enterprise to ensure the normal operation of workers. Differences in the nature of enterprises, staff welfare structure are quite different. After a series of reforms, China’s state-owned enterprise welfare system basically meets the actual needs. However, with the diversification of China’s economic structure, the welfare provided by state-owned enterprises to employees has many drawbacks in practice and can not effectively realize the incentive of welfare effect. How to change the mode of thinking and construct a welfare system that follows the trend of the times, meets the characteristics of state-owned enterprises and meets the needs of diversified employees has important practical significance for the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.
