讨论了电力系统安全稳定控制系统 (装置 )的现状和发展趋势 ,论述了我国电力系统 3道防线的设置和安全稳定控制装置的配置模式。根据南方电网“西电东送”工程的安全稳定计算结果 ,认为随着电力系统的不断扩大和日趋复杂 ,适应这种发展的安全稳定控制系统应充分利用电力信息基础设施的建设和完善 ,以数据通信网络为重要工具 ,建立充分信息交换基础上的预防控制和紧急控制相结合的安全稳定控制系统。文中提出了建立这种系统框架的若干思路。
The status quo and development trend of power system safety and stability control system (device) are discussed. The setting of 3 lines of defense and the configuration mode of safety and stability control device are discussed in this paper. According to the calculation results of the safety and stability of the “west to east” project of China Southern Power Grid, it is considered that the security and stability control system adapted to such development should make full use of the construction and improvement of power information infrastructure as the power system continues to expand and become increasingly complex Data communication network as an important tool to establish a full exchange of information based on the prevention and control and emergency control of a combination of security and stability control system. The paper proposes some ideas for establishing such a system framework.
