经典的Gordon-Schaefer模型无法分析如要素价格、生产弹性、科技进步等外生因素对渔业均衡的影响,因而对现实渔业无法开展有效的分析。通过引入Cobb-Douglas生产函数来刻画努力量的生产,将要素投入与技术进步等因素引入模型,在自由进入渔业下得到捕捞要素投入、捕捞努力量、近海渔业资源存量水平等的均衡结果。进而对均衡进行比较静态分析,在此基础上讨论各种外生经济因素如技术进步、要素成本等对渔业资源存量、捕捞努力量及要素投入量的影响,以期为我国近海捕捞业的经济分析提供模型基础。
The classic Gordon-Schaefer model can not analyze the impact of exogenous factors such as factor prices, production flexibility, scientific and technological progress on the fishery equilibrium, and therefore can not effectively analyze the actual fisheries. By introducing Cobb-Douglas production function to describe the production of effort, factors such as factor input and technology advancement are introduced into the model to obtain a balanced result of input of fishing elements, fishing effort and stock of offshore fishery resources under free entry into the fishery. Based on this, we discuss the influence of various exogenous economic factors such as technological progress and factor cost on the stocks of fishery resources, fishing efforts and input of factors, in order to provide an economic analysis of China’s offshore fishing industry Provide the model basis.
