目的原子吸收光谱法测定注射用双黄连中总钠的含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定注射用双黄连中总钠的含量。结果钠元素在0.1～0.6 mg/L范围内,读数与其浓度呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为101.61%,RSD=1.20%。结论方法简便、快速、准确,可作为本品的质量控制方法。
Objective To determine the content of total sodium in Shuanghuanglian for injection by atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The content of total sodium in Shuanghuanglian for injection was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The content of sodium was in the range of 0.1-0.6 mg / L with a good linear relationship between the reading and the concentration. The average recovery was 101.61% and the RSD was 1.20%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as the quality control method of this product.
